I need to cancel my order, what should I do?

  • To cancel an order, you can simply reply to the order confirmation email advising us to cancel the order. If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will process your refund and cancel your order. 

    If the item has been packaged or shipped, we will reroute the shipment and charge the customer for all fees associated with that.

If has been over 8 business days and my order is still not here?

  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the day we ship the order. If you don't receive the order on day 8, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number we provide to follow up on delivery. 

    Sometimes shipping company can't reach the customer or need to collect Taxes / Custom Fees prior to delivery.

How long does it usually take to receive an order after I placed it?

  • Once we ship out an item it takes 2-7 business days to arrive in the US. We ship using ground services via UPS, FedEx, USPS and freight trucks.

If I place an order how do I know if it has been shipped out, I did not get a confirmation e-mail?

  • We make every effort to ship all orders placed during the time frame listed on the website, if a certain part is not available for shipping same day from our facility we will ship it directly from the manufacturer, if the item is on backorder and can't be shipped within reasonable time we will contact you immediately.

I did not receive a tracking number does this mean my order has not yet been shipped?

  • Once the order is shipped our system will automatically email the tracking number, make sure you add our email address to your favorite list so you receive all the product updates. Occasionally the item you ordered might not be in our stock and is shipped directly from the manufacturer in which case there might be a delay few days in sending out your order. You can email us if you think your order is taking longer than expected.

  • Even though our business is registered in Ohio, we don't have a store front, all orders are shipped from our warehouses located all over the USA.

I placed an order and it says "Processing" what does this mean?

  • This means your order has been successfully placed, and is being processed, order hasn't been shipped yet.
