Your factory exhaust manifolds are very restrictive because more than one cylinder dumps exhaust into the same small space. You can improve exhaust flow and performance by replacing your exhaust manifolds with a set of Gibson Performance Headers. These headers feature large diameter individual exhaust tubes that allow unrestricted exhaust flow from the cylinder head exhaust ports.

Gibson Performance Headers are dyno tuned and engineered for each application, to deliver more usable horsepower and torque at low and mid-range rpm. Along with better breathing and more power, your engine will also run cooler with these headers, prolonging engine life. And your engine will be more efficient, so increased fuel economy is a possibility with restrained driving.

These headers are a quality product and built to last. The header tubes are CNC mandrel bent for consistent bends and to eliminate restriction. The port flange is laser cut from 3/8” material to prevent warpage and leaking. The headers are available constructed from heavy-duty 409 stainless steel tubing, nickel chrome plated heavy-duty 14 gauge steel tubing, or high temperature resistant ceramic coated steel tubing.

Installation is a bolt-on procedure because Gibson Performance Headers are designed to directly replace your exhaust manifolds. They come with everything required for installation including premium gaskets and hardware. Air injection and oxygen sensor fittings are provided where required.

Gibson Performance Headers are street legal in all 50 states and meet all EPA and CARB requirements. They will not affect your factory vehicle warranty. Gibson Performance Headers are manufactured in the USA, and Gibson backs these headers with a lifetime limited warranty.
