Easy Return

1. Submit A Request

Visit the order page and click the “Return” button next to the product you wish to return.

2. Receive Return Authorization

Receive return authorization number (RMA) with exact return address and return label (if legible) – May take 3 working days.

3. Ship It Back

Prepare the shipment, write the RMA number on the box and drop the package to the shipper.

4. Receive A Refund or Replacement

Once the product is received your refund will be issued or a replacement is shipped within 5-7 working days.

What Can I Return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept your return for a refund or exchange on New / Unused products within 30 days of receiving the order.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Items Marked “Manufactured or Custom” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
  • All Wheel & Tire Packages

Can I Get Pre-Paid Return Label?

We will issue a pre-paid shipping label (Call Tag) for return request with any of the following reasons:

  • Product didn’t fit listed vehicle
  • Product is faulty or defective
  • Received wrong product

Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your return request.

Do I Pay For Return Shipping Label?

You will only pay for the return shipping cost if the reason for your return is:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Don’t like how the product look
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Any other reason not covered by our free return policy

Things to consider:

  • We do not provide return shipping label for any of the return reasons mentioned above. You will be responsible to ship the product back to us and pay any cost associated with the return.
  • Return Authorization approval is required for all return. You can initiate a return request from the order page.
  • Original shipping cost (cost to ship the product to you, will not be refunded ,including products sold with FREE SHIPPING.)

Do You Charge Restocking Fee?

Yes!

We do charge 20% restocking fee for all returns that match the following reasons:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Don’t like how the product look
  • Ordered by mistake

How do you calculate restocking fee?

Restocking Fee = 20% x (Order Total – Shipping Cost)

Can I avoid paying the restocking fee?

Yes!

You can avoid paying the restocking fee if you opt-in to receive your refund in store-credit instead of credit card refund. The total amount (-) minus shipping cost will be added to your account as a store-credit that is valid for 6-months. You can use this store-credit to purchase any product on the website.
