AEM Intercooler - AEM 2102-A

AEM Intercooler Kits replace your turbocharged vehicle’s stock intercooler with a higher capacity unit. AEM aftermarket intercoolers have almost double the capacity of stock intercoolers giving it better airflow and cooling properties. With increased air volume and lower charge air temperatures entering your engine, you’ll realize significant horsepower and torque gains.

AEM intercoolers are capped on both sides with custom designed end tanks that promote even airflow distribution across the entire intercooler core. Some kits come with all the necessary piping and accessories to accommodate easy installation, while others require the separate purchase of compatible AEM intercooler piping.

AEM intercooler charge pipes are made out of lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum that deliver higher air flow and are bead rolled to ensure a tight fit. They also feature precision machined fittings for auxiliary devices like diverter and blow-off valves, temperature and boost sensors, as well as NOS and water-methanol injectors.
